Jaquar — bathroom fittings not working - flush tank

We have purchased bath room fittings from lavish electricals & fittings thrissur 680001 and installed in our house located at poomala cottages at place poomala thrissur and presently it is not working.
Some problem with flush tank
Continuous leakage of water
It was purchased in the date 9/10/2014 bill no 11057.
It was installed one year back, never used because of this problem.
Necessary arrangements may be made for service the same.
