[Resolved] Jaquar — Complaint no[protected] Kitchen Mixer tap

I have placed one complain[protected] about by kitchen mixer hot water tap not working. The engineer have visited the place and as soon as he opened tap, start saying that this tap have been damaged by local plumber.
It seems like he was just finding reason to avoid to replace my parts. It was extremely bad experience of Jaquar home service and left me with no option other than buying new part.
We are paying extra money to buy good product with good service but I got nothing.

Please look into this situation and help if anyone can.

Engineer have visited and confirm he will not replace the product. as per him, product have been damaged by plumber. he was not ready to listen that my plumber have done anything to tap.

Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
