Sir i had purchased some internal parts of jaquar 2 months before with all bill and the man who came also give us bill and said that it will cover 1 year of warranty.. Now today one of the man from jaquar has come for replacing the parts and replaced the broken parts. After doing so he is asking 200 rs for the labour charges and the materail which is replaced.. So why should we pay to him.. The parts which we had purchased contain 1 year warranty so whats the reason behind of paying for that stuff.. Also when we are using for 7 years no problem come and after purchasing the internal parts suddenly after two months its broken.. Is that your company policy or your parts items is chinese.. I called jaquar 10 times though no one came to solve the problem .the customer care executive was worst . they dont know how to talk. they told me to call me back in ten minutes, it is 10 days but still i didnt received call from the executive ., the jaquar is non recommandable company .
