I purchase jaquar seat and taps from ahmedgarh jaquar dealer. After some months seats cover got cracked I complained to Jaquar customer care .one of jaquar person came to examine his name is amit and told me that i send picture to approval for seat cover after 30 minutes he called me your seatcover was approved and we will change with 20-30 days . First complaint was filled in april and now is july there is no resolution. I talk to senior in ludhiana office he told me please wait for one week now i am trying to call he didn't pick up the call. I used customer care executive to call ludhiana branch when call is connected other staff member told me that your seat cover request got rejected.they are harassing me. I will go to consumer court for this harassment.
