Jaquar — cistern not working properly

Cistern is not working properly and i have purchased the new fitting 3-4 months backs.
There is continuous leakage from it and due to which the water tank of the house gets empty daily.

Can you please send your executive to check and replace the same if there is some damage in parts

It would be really helpful if you take this matter as priority, as this is creating too big problem for us on daily basis.

We have Complained on 11/12/2018 for Sensor Tap Nal is not working I purchased on 3th Manth ago the Complain No. is 01107940 Till today no one came to my place for check it i have called in Customer Care many times but no response . So please Solve my Complain as soon as possible .
