Jaquar — Commode Flush valve not working properly and water is leaking | |||
We had complained to Jaquar and their technician refused to attend the work as he did not accept my possession letter as proof of valid document for service warranty. Then i wrote a mail to the customer care and the very next day i got a call that the document is acceptable. He again visits and says that he needs to clean the Flush Valve and i need to pay him for the service. I told him my complain was for leakeage of water and few other issues of slow water flow, head shower water leakage. But he refused to give service. Again i wrote a mail and this time i got a reply (after sending reminders) from Danish Anwar – Customer Care, Email: [protected]@jaquar.com, Phone:[protected] Mobile: +91-[protected] that the product if covered for 6 years warranty. And cleaning will be chargeable. I again replied to his mail on 18th July 2021 but till date he has not bothered to reply. It is really strange that the product is under warranty but Jaquar is not giving the service which it had committed. Was this information helpful? | |||
