[Resolved] Jaquar — complaint about incomplete packing | |||
Hi i have purchased jaquar geyser of 25 ltr from chandigarh and when i opened the box of geyser and the plumber came to fit the same in the washroom the wall mount as well as the screws to tackle the wall mount on which the geyser will be mounted was missing form the gyser i also asked the shopkeeper but he refused saying that it is conpany fault that's the reason i am writing it to you. Kindly do me a favour and send me the screws and the wall mount so that the gyser can be fitted. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have purchased sensor type soap dispenser, and it is not working we have made complaint twice and was repaired but again it has started leaking, hence wants permanent solution by sending senior technician.
