Dear sir,
We must have purchased a variety of jaquar products worth over rs. 5 lakhs through your distributor m/s. Rishabh sanitation santacruz west. We purchased jaquar products assuming your strong brand image, goodwill and we were promised for excellent after sales service.
We deeply regret to inform that on complaining on around 25th feb 2017, complaint was registered ref no. 148805 but the complaint was very shabbily handled in a very halfhearted manner. Your staff especially mr. Manish instead of resolving the complaint became very argumentative which was uncalled for. Then the complaint was attended by mr. Rupesh patil who finally failed to resolve the complaint and it is still left unattended. It is for this reason we are compelled to complaint in writing so that it is escalated to senior managers and all the complaints are resolved to our satisfaction.
Secondly i have also registered my complaint at your call centre complaint registration no. 825151. I was impressed with the courtesy and politeness of your call centre officer mr. Gagan who handled my complaint in a very nice manner which is in sharp contrast the manner in which shabbily it was handled by mr. Manish (Mob no. [protected]) or mr. Rupesh patil (Mob no [protected]). However as on today the complaint still remains partially resolved and partially pending which is not been attended later on. Hope you will take this complaint letter seriously and resolve in the spirit of good ethics and reliable customer service.
