Jaquar — complaint against bad service from employee

On 31st august, 2019, we had lodged a complaint regarding the broken tap in our residence at ganesh heritage, 408, bilaspur (C. G). The employee responding to the complaint named mukesh handi had not repaired the tap properly, resulting in the pipe of the tap bursting and water leaking from the pipe and causing a lot of water loss and destruction.
When the employee, mukesh handi was called to rectify his mistake, he cut the call and refused to pick up again. A different plumber with no association with jaquar was called out of desperation and we had to pay a cost of 900 rupees due to mukesh handi's negligence.
Please take urgent action against the employee mukesh handi for his negligence, his lack of skills towards the work and poor conduct towards the customer.
