Product was not manufacture up to the mark and found defects surrounding the body. Hence complaint already launched at customer care by the registered service call reference number 00684131on dated 4/08/18. Company’s peoples came to house and ensure me product will be changed due to manufacturing defect & allowed me to use the commode but, till date they are not responding and didn’t change the product.

Updated by bh203 I have been confirmed by my seller, Prince Sanitation through whatsapp, that my complaint for replacement has been approved & the said will be changed shortly but, I haven’t received any mail till date from Jaquar, as I expect a forwarding mail from Jaquar.
