Jaquar — Complaint letter for poor service | |||
I am writing this letter to complain to you the poor service provided by your company.My instant geyser which is fitted in the kitchen stopped working since last three months. For which I spoke to your service personnel at[protected] on December 28, 2020(Service call reference number:[protected]. A mechanic came for the survey but no response was given.We talked many a times at the toll free number but no response has been received till date.On February 09, 2021, I officially filed a complain(service call reference number:[protected] but since then no response has been received.I wrote a mail to jaquar one weak ago and did try every possible way to reach you but then too I just had to tolerate in these circumstances. We spent the extreme cold days of December, January and February without the geyser.Also, a toilet seat’s polish is cracked which I want to get fixed hastily. In my five-tier building, all the bathroom fittings are of jaquar of around 4-5 lac expense.This wasn’t expected from your end.I am truly disappointed with your imprudent behaviour. In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of inconvenience and hassle on my part. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter as soon as possible else I won’t be taking your services any longer.
