We had installed nagaur bathroom fittings in the year 2001. Recently there is continuous leakage in one of the conceal cock spindle connected with the hot water geyser.
The spindle is leaking and the material is not available in the market tried a lot but as this is old model around 18 years couldn't find in the local market. Kindly send your representative to resolve the problem...

This complaint was lodged on the 5th of May last month but seems no one has come to attend the problem... You people are taking extraordinary time as a result the bathroom tiles has been damaged by the continuous leakage of iron water from the leaking portion in the spindle.
Kindly immediately despatch your technical to resolve the issue
