I have bought new jaquar fittings for our bathroom last year, which were fitted about four months back . But I am not able to use my new bathroom because the concealed tank fitting is leaking after it is full . I have been making complaint of this problem since 4 months and your mechanic tried to repair it but of no use . The problem remains and my bathroom is closed for four months solely for neglect of the company This part seems defective and I repeatedly requested to replace it but to no avail.So it is my last request to get it replaced and solve problem within 7 days, otherwise I will be compelled to approach proper legal forum at your cost and responsibility .Bill attached.
