Jaquar — Crack in cistern

I am madan singh slathia my registered mobile num is [protected]. I had registered complain through jaguar's toll free number on 7th sep 2020 for crack in cistern after which your representative visited next day (Name: sagar kumar) he checked it and put the complaint on pending (Now his number is switched off). On enquiry he told that the matter will be discussed with higher echelons and you will be informed. After that i called your customer care several time which is of no help. And i haven't received any response from jaguar customer service as well. I want to bring to your notice that i have purchased jaguar fittings for three bathroom after this i was not expecting such kind of response from your team. The cistern is under warranty and all necessary files are attached.
