[Resolved] Jaquar — cracks observed jaquar rimless, blind installation wall hung wc | |||
Sir, I have purchased one jaquar rimless, blind installation wall hung wc. We have installed it properly, but after some time (1 month) we are observing cracks on the top of the seat. We have called customer care & registered the complaint on 13/09/2019, next day service man visited but not solved the issue of cracks & was hyper of getting the security code. I asked him what's the matter, than he was saying please clean it 2-3 days. & this is not crack, but again after cleaning it no cracks gone. Also, there was no response from customer care 4-5 days. I again called on 18/09/2019, to jaquar team & they transferred my call to branch office on gms road, dehradun, there i had a talk with mr. Deepak. & he was saying that he is checking it, but again there was no response. Today on[protected], again someone called me in morning & was trying to give me assurance that he will check it again. Due to this problem, i have put my another complete bathroom on hold, for such bad kind of facility. Now i just want to know that if you are solving my problem, than its better otherwise take it back. Also i want to know that is your product genuine or not? For the recently completed project in Jubilee Hills Hyderabad we have installed jacquar commodes and within six months the seat covers developed cracks and one even broke into two pieces and please organise an inspection and replacement...
