Jaquar — defective bathroom fitting | |||
We have purchased your artize brand bathroom fittings for our project at hyderabad, banjara hills were installed in aug 2017 since installation there is leakage one taps (Consnuence model). Service person mr. Shakeel & another person (Dont remember name) had visited couple of times, and said they could not understand & rectify an they were new models & training for the same was not provided. Later senior technician mr. Sambhashiv had twice visited the site in december & january 2018 & assured to get it rectified soon which he never respond after that, stating his personal issues (Father is unwell) the matter was raised to regional technical head mr narender in feb 2018, but got only assurances till date without any rectification of issue. Like wise i had also installed artize digital steam generator at same place at the same time. Which is also inoperative & had been assured to complete both the works since past 6 months with no sign of completion. Request you to kindly look into the matter & get the same completed.
