Jaquar — Defective Diverter and no invoice

I bought recently 100+ Jaquar diverter for one of project in Gurgaon.
Due to defect correction in one piece, we got charged Rs 600.
But still no bill has been provided from past 1 month.
Very very bad service experience.

The warranty offered by the company is totally fake. Company service is totally on paid basis after sale. The company must be sue in court of law.
