Jaquar — defective product given

I have purchased one 3 kw 3 ltr instant water heater from build promysore. Karnataka.
Just after installing it was getting tripped frequently. Called cc jaquar and registered complaint. After 3 days they replaced thermostat of the equipment. Now i just want to know is your product genuine or not? If it is genuine (Not at all used for single moment) then why new equipment thermostat replaced, or your quality level and qc department working properly?

He replied as if he don't care if i go to consumer forum, there is no guarantee and only warranty.
Are you fooling people.
A new equipment thermostat replaced before using it, isn't defective product?
I just want new equipment and take back defective product which your person telling problem solved by replacing thermostat of new product
... And pl see that your team behave properly with customers.
