I am in the process of complaining since I have installed your divertor. First complaint no. 567866: Your engineer came and left without resolving.
Second Complaint: 573689 Engineer and came on site and decided to break tiles to know the fault. Engineer Kanhaiya Lal confirmed the product is faulty and took for replacement.
Third Complaint:594296 Made on request of Engineer Kanhiya Lal to replace the product
Product(Divertor) found defective as per service call request 594296. Your Engineer confirmed and took the product for replacement.
And now he is denying for any defect in his product. We had seen the actual product condition and it was badly blocked, not even a wire was passing through it. and your engineer made it clear at factory side by clearing it by any method.
Please take this call and stop denying product error. Now we have broken all our tiles and fittings how can you change your statement.
Please clear this issue and bear all this amount spent due to defected product.
