[Resolved]  Jaquar — Exceptionally poor customer care

I complained about the faulty handle of my Jaquar seat on 13 June,
The plumber came on 15 june
Checked and said the part has to be replaced which was under warrenty
And the replacement can take upto 15 days
We agreed and went on
15 days went by i tried to call the plumber multiple times he didn't pick up the phone
I contacted customer care
Which sent my complaint to escalation
I explained everything, they assured everything will be fixed As soon as possible
Couple of days went by i called escalation again
They put the area head on line
Of ludhiana MR. Kamal suneja on the line
He assured he will get it done in 2 days
2 days went by i called them again
This time I was angry
And i demanded answers
Kamal Suneja gave me his number and assured the plumber has taken the part and issue will be resolved under 24 hrs
Today is 13 July a whole month has passed and my issue has not been resolved
Kamal suneja, the plumber don't pick up their phone
This can be labelled as robery
This company is by far the worst experience
I demand justice for the harrasment i had to face for the last 1 month
