I had complained of Rusting at the mouth of the Kitchen Faucet. The faucet is in use for barely 8 months when rusting started
Company representative attended after repeated chasing
The person refused to accept that it is a manufacturing defect. As per jaquar it is chemical action. How shocking to hear this
Service head of Pune refuses to talk to customers and literally tells customers to go to Hell
I showed him other Faucets of a different brand that have provided good service for over 12 years

Despite my writing twice to you the last being on 19th Dec.2016, I have not yet recd.any response from you. Due to this problem my bathrooms are not properly operative.
