Jaquar products installed at our residence bathroom 1.5 years ago, still new, under warranty unable to use till date. (refer the photos attached)
After repeated followup, with the concerned personnel we still haven't got any support or appropriate assistance. The issue we wish to address here is regarding the facuets losing its shine and coating peeling off. Make/ Brand: Jaquar, Complete Bathroom Solutions.
Jaguar products purchased from Authorized KPM Distributors Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala during Aug, 2019 complete set such as wash basin taps, showerpanel same installed at our residence for our new bathroom in Sept, 2019
KPM Distributor was contacted and they are aware of all the complaints and issues.
I have been corresponding with Jaguar technicians and KPM distributors over calls (WhatsApp) several messages, relevant photos, video's regarding this matter has be shared over this time, there has been only data collection but no result or significant support to resolve the issue from Jaguar is provided.
Everytime I am asked to speak to a new person, and all details and information is shared to them again after all this repetition they sleep over it and buy time.
I spoke to Mr.Sreedhar of Jaguar who reverts back to end this conversation without even visiting the site and get away by simply stating it's not a manufacturing defect. Such statements from concerned personal aren't appropriate.
We have spent Rupees 1.3 Lakhs for purchase of Jaguar products. A Luxury brand such as Jaguar must learn to handle such complaints more professionally and should have well trained technicians, lads (with product awareness) ability to attend onsite problems and deliver spot solutions at site must be part of Jaquar after sales team.
For every customer looks forward to receiving good support especially when complaints are raised and wants them to be managed satisfactorily well, for its ones hard earned money that customers spend to retain the Brand Jaquar goodwill.
Appreciate, you look into above matter urgently and provide us with a replacement in order to start using our bathroom.
