Jaquar — faulty bathroom fittings and bad service | |||
My bathroom faucet pipe has become faulty within 2 years and it's in warranty period and jaquar is refusing to replace it citing some vague reasons as water pressure. My contention is that if water pressure is more for my building then all pipes must get damaged why only 1or 2 this shows its manufacturing defect This is the message of my complaint. Thanks for choosing jaquar, a complete bathing solution company. The registered service call reference no. Is 00239450. I talked twice to customer care and one regional manager mr. Kanade/ranade... And he flatly refused to help and asked me to go ahead with my complaint. Such attitude by a branded house like jaquar is never expected. Customers should not suffer vector faulty accessories..
