Jaquar — Faulty (non working) water geyser received

I had purchased Jaguar company geyser on 23.12.2021 from Bhagwati Building store sector-14, Panchkula. The geyser was installed ans it didn’t work. It was intimated the same day and also complaint was lodged. Mr Kirpal visited 25.12.2021 and on 26.12.2021 changed the element and waited for about 30 min but the water was still not heated. Now even after 2 hours the water hasn’t been heated up.
I am 74 year old man and I have to heat the water in the kitchen and bring it to the bathroom for the last 5 days. I am being harassed in winters after spending ₹12, 000/-
Kindly replace the geyser ASAP or refund my money. I don’t want to keep the defective material.
