Jaquar — Faulty WCs not replaced | |
Hi, I purchased Jaquar WCs in the month of September 2021. Of which, two have manufacturing defect. I raised a compaint on Jaquar customer care and a service person visited in few days. He also acknowledged that it's a manufacturing defect and raised a request for WCs replacement. However, I have not received any response after that from the company. Even after multiple reminders on customer care number, there is no update from the company as of November 2021. Was this information helpful? | |
