Sir, my earlier complain no. Is 1989538. This is very harasing evenafter many discussion with mr. Ansul shrivastava over phone no.[protected]. My problem is still as it is even mr ansul advice me that all issues be sortout within one week but. Neither he is not picking phone calls nor sortout this problems. On 18/07/2018 one macanic named mr. Shahbaz khan came and made the job card and told me that as soon as i submit this job card i will get the items to change and instantly i will change the item written in job card but till date there is no response. This tap was bought from your dealer in Goa, for my home in Bardez, Candolim in September/ October 2017. Same is defective, as am unable to shut tap off. Have to shut the tap below the washbasin to stop flow of water. The same has not been working since two months. Since the product is still under warranty, it should be repaired or replaced by
