Jaquar — Flush valve and push button

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased and installed 2 nos. Of jaquar flush valve in my house last year. One of my flush valve is not working properly once we pressed for flush it is not stop or not release automatically due to some internal problems in flush valve push button.

Also i have issue with valve water pressure which is very slow.

Please send your technician to attend my complaint as soon as possible.
