Flush leaking

I have bought 2 pieces of 3 way mixer for both of my bathroom however one of the mixer is faulty since the beginning.

I have placed request earlier to jaguar to look into it on 09th November via complaint number 00940367, the person came inspected & said that the faulty mixer is hard to operate and require regular servicing, post he left after few weeks the mixer again got jammed, within less than few months o[censored]sage while the mixer installed in another bathroom just works absolutely fine, this mixer also has worn out coating so soon, hence have placed a request for replacement of this faulty product via calling jaquar customer again again on 19th April, 2021 they have given me service call no as 00477551 but have been following up since then but no one visited till date.

Also out of 2 jet spray bough, one of them have started turning yellowish.

Today have called customer care for 3rd time to expedite the visit for replacement but in vain.

Dear Sir,
My flush valve which is installed last year having problem of low pressure and not automatic release after flush and leaking.
Please send your technician as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased and installed 2 nos. Of jaquar flush valve in my house last year. One of my flush valve is not working properly once we pressed for flush it is not stop or not release automatically due to some internal problems in flush valve push button.

Also i have issue with valve water pressure which is very slow.

Please send your technician to attend my complaint as soon as possible.br...

Yesterday i complain for flush cock. Mycomplain no:00475197. Service person visited my place at 4:00 p.m.he is unable to repair my problem and told me that he will repair it at tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. Now it is 1:00 p.m.and he is not attending. Iam facing water problem since yesterday. Pl. do favour of my complain.

Many taps are leaking.

Health faucet trigger broken

Sir I have installed 2 concealed cystern at my home last year but both of them are leaking now and making dripping sound, so requesting you to please send someone to fix the same

Single piece eropian closet (syfonic) not working

When we do tune on the bathroom tab. It gets turned off automatically.

Flush is not working as it appears that there is some problem in its water-in supply system.

Toilet leakage and broken seat

Our bathroom commodities not working from at time of installation.

In the month of July, 2020, after lodging compliant, one Mr. Jabbar Sayyed ( [protected]) attended and repaired one tap and collected Rs. 500/-. however, this tap is fitted wrongly i.e. opening the tap in opposite directions . i was requested on the above cell number. he promised the repairing after lockdown. later I have tried a lot but the cell number is not reachable. hence, pl depute another technician for repairing and another tap is also required replacement. an early action is expected.

Hi..my kitchen sink mixture has come out from base..it was repaired some moths back by Jaquar representative.
Requesting you to please get it rectified ASAP

It is not working..Water is not stopping..

On 20.7.2020, ur mechanic arrived and repaired d kitchen tap.but the tap handle fixed in opposite direction. I uv told him 2..3 times but not arrived his name is Jabbar Sayyed([protected]).now his mobile is switched off.i also want to repair another tap.pl send ur person for repair.

Shower and foset not working properly

I had purchased a bathroom tap in September/October 2019, the paint is Peeling off.

I have raised 6 complaints over the past 4-5 months for a particular flush tank leak.(the registered complaint no.00111315, 00118131, 00122225, 00148880, 00176896,[protected].

Each time the technician cleans the tank & has once changed one of the part. Has not attended to my last two complaints & claims the overhead tank needs to be cleaned( which i have carried out multiple times)

i have 5 toilets at my residence & the leakage happens constantly in one particular flush. have not been able to use this one particular flush for the last 6 months.

if there is a problem, solution needs to be provided. Complaints are closed without even visiting and discussing the issue.

i demand full replacement of my flush along with the bathroom tiles, labour & any incidental charges applicable.
