I have raised 6 complaints over the past 4-5 months for a particular flush tank leak.(the registered complaint no.00111315, 00118131, 00122225, 00148880, 00176896,[protected].
Each time the technician cleans the tank & has once changed one of the part. Has not attended to my last two complaints & claims the overhead tank needs to be cleaned( which i have carried out multiple times)
i have 5 toilets at my residence & the leakage happens constantly in one particular flush. have not been able to use this one particular flush for the last 6 months.
if there is a problem, solution needs to be provided. Complaints are closed without even visiting and discussing the issue.
i demand full replacement of my flush along with the bathroom tiles, labour & any incidental charges applicable.

Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Cracks has been observed in the bowl portion of flush and tank operating fixtures needs re- adjustment as sometimes water start seeping directly in to the flush during filling of water in tank.
Need immediate attention from the expert team.
