Jaquar — geyser service not made available

I had lodged a complaint with respect to sound problem in my geyser for which the engineer had visited on 09/02/2019 and he has told us to replace a part known as element within 2 days. But from that date i am continuously contacting the company and even service centre they are just giving assurance and nothing else. Kindly resolve the problem.
I have also provided the job sheet but nothing had been done
