Jaquar — i am complaining about shower panel - customer code: end13130ban13243 | |||
I am residing at bangalore, near kengeri upanagara, we purchased few bathroom fittings along with shower panels on 07.02.2017 for our newly constructed house. At the time of purchase it was told that, the demo would be provided once the fixation of the fitting are installed for shower panels. As there was no proper guidance given, we arranged to fix the panels in all the bathrooms. Before the purchase of the product, the sales person / person who gives the demo informed that, there is a thermostat system which works in the shower panel and we need to just turn the nob according to the warmness/ temperature which is required and the cold and hot water will be mixed together as per the requirement but when the water from the shower is drawn, the water is too hot or too cold, the mixer of the same does not happen properly. And the liver of the nob has come out 2 days ago. Request you to kindly arrange to send your representative to our house and solve the problem at the earliest. Thanks and regards, awaiting your call.
