[Resolved] Jaquar — I-flush 32 mm | |||
This is with reference to purchase of whole range of Jaquar sanitaryware products for our bathroom in the month of May-2019. Considering the floor level at which my flat was located the dealer suggested that I should try I-Flush system. The brand Jaquar and my good experience with Jaquar over the years as well as the product being water saver I agreed to purchase the same. At the behest of the dealer a call was registered with Jaquar for a demo as well as checking feasibility of fitting the product. Two Jaquar technicians visited our flat and checked the water inlet and approved the purchase. Once the product was fitted and before the tiles were fixed over them, our plumber suggested that we get the fittings checked by the Jaquar support personnel. After considerable follow ups and escalation the technicians arrived and checked the fittings as well as the pressure and said we can proceed. But after fixing the WC we found the water being flushed by the system was not much better than a trickle. A complaint was registered again with Jaquar and two technicians visited the flat (one of the person being the one who had visited the first time) and checked and replied the equipment was working fine. In addition I could hear some ridiculous comments from them like “this is a water saver”, “only this much water will come”. With very little effort being put even to check if there were any other issues in a matter of minutes they informed me that the issue would be escalated and walked off. They refused to give any written report. Are they accountable? When a complaint or service request is raised why are the technicians not having a document confirming the visit to the client and duly acknowledged by the customer. After 2 days one more technician dropped in and I was informed that with the diameter of the pipe carrying water into the flat the product I-flush would not work at all and left the place promising to revert back after discussing with his seniors. I have been forced to break the tiles and replace the system with a tank and front panel. Awaiting feedback from Jaquar as I am sure the last technician would only have reported about the width of the pipe but not of two visits by the technicians confirming that the system would work. At the end while Jaquar, the dealer and the contractor has sold a product I the customer is feeling like being fleeced. Surely this experience will make me think twice before buying or recommending Jaquar products. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Purchased from Siliguri, Dealer Gananayak Sales. I am calling them repeatedly but they do't response for help to fitting to my plumber.

For the past few months my bathroom
(toilet) sanitary wares are not funtioning properly. It seems like some problem with water leakage. I have bought few similar products from jaqaur, but all products have the same problem.i have already paid huge rate to the local workers who came for the repairing. so, i hope u will sort out this issue.
