Jaquar — Improper, Ignorant and delayed service | |||
We have called Jaquar Customer Care for more than 7 times as our toilet flush aren’t working, they told us Jaquar toilet fittings are not available in the market so it will be delayed. We are contacting them and also constantly in contact with the service person Mr. Deepak Patil who was supposed to come but their answer is always the same. It’s been 4 months we haven’t received any service. Last year we faced same issue, we lodged a complaint with customer care several times, service was delayed for too long and when that person Mr. Deepak Patil came he didn’t provide a proper service and left the work midway and didn't completed yet. We have given him ample time to provide the service and also to get the required parts or fittings but he didn’t complete his work and made the same excuses. Similar thing is taking place now, he’s still making excuses and delaying the service every single time we call and 4 months are more than sufficient time to get the parts and provide the proper service. We request you to resolve this grievance as early as possible and also provide us with one of the best and responsible person who will give us a proper and satisfactory service.
