Due to continuous leakage from 2 of inside wall mounted flush, we lodged complaint to customer care. After examination, jaguar service person said nut of football is broken and replacement is chargeable. My jaquar flushes are under warranty period and service was done by only Jaquar's authorised persons. If nut is broken, then it is service person's fault and not mine. Why should I pay money for that? I choosed jaguar for it's authenticity. So maintain your image and repair my both flushes free of cost under warranty. Mobile no.
