Jaquar — issue with availing warranty | |||
Our kitchen tab has started leaking and it was a new one which we bought in july 2019. Previous one also was from jaquar. Now the person who came to fix the product said that we need warranty certificate to fix this and without that they will not fix it. The shopkeeper did not give us warranty certificate and says that he didn’t get it from his dealer. Now the whole point is that if you mention that product is covered under warranty, then either you should automatically send warranty card inside the box and not depend on the shopkeeper to provide one or you should just serve the customer as the product is under warranty. What difference will a certificate make here? If you are in so much need of the warranty number then you should send the certificate inside the box. These fittings are done by the builder and hence we can’t change it. It is my worst experience dealing with this company for a small tap fitting. We did not get any warranty certificate and any such thing needs to be dealt between jaquar and the dealer. I need to get my tap fixed. Kindly resolve this immediately. This Is Second Time Having Problem After Your Representative Visited.
Request You To Kindly Resolve The Issue Permanently And Fully.
Sensors Regularly Not Working Properly, Hence Flush Of Water Is Not Been Done. Smell Is Coming From Toilet.
