It has been really very annoying experience for us regarding the flush tank of jaquar as it takes around 3-4 hours and sometimes more than 24 hours to refill after one flush. I have complained it to customer service and it was terrible experience with the response i got back. It has been getting into nerves when the customer care service acts this slow to the complaint. I am still struggling the same problem and have been waiting for the technician to show up and therefore wasting my vacation and struggling to go to loo!
Guys please improve the service and respond back immediately 🙏

    I have purchased bibcock 5047 on 8/5/17 vide bill no. 57355 From Patel trading corporation, Kranti chowk, Aurangabad @ rs 1100/ per unit. I had a problem with abovesaid product so I had lodged complain having service call reference no. 00609684 on 13 July 2018. Mr Aamir attended call immediately. And he told me that this faulty piece will be replaced by new one. As soon as I will receive the piece from company I will come and replace it. I have called that person and taken follow up but he did not gave me positive response . So I have called to owner of shop from where I hv purchased Babcock . Owner gave me contact number of mr navinkumar (May be company’s officer) . Mr navinkumar also not given response to me. After that on 14 September I hv lodges another complain having ref no[protected]. Since last one year nobody from jaquar company is responding positively. This is last ref no. 00892668 of complain.         Its been more than a year we are struggling wuth the jacuzzi. No proper response! And yet their is no presence of the customer care services.
        The whole system of bath tub needs to be checked and repaired. As we try to connect through calls they just talk about doing soon. But now that its high time. I went on writing the complaint in hope that the services come as soon as possible or within the next day!
        So disappointed with the jaquar services.
        I hope to see the action taken and providing the services !!

          Leakage in concealed toilet cistern, water is draining out continuously. Please send a company representative for repairing the same, this is being happen on regular basis, thus provide a permanent solution. The concealed toilet cistern is just an year old. But repeatedly we are facing the same problem. Due to this leakage problem the tank is getting empty and we are facing water scarcity, please arrange for the repair at the earliest.

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am
            The handle of the faucet attached to the diverter came loose. The screw fell off and was lost. I called customer care number and filed a complaint on 21 August, 2019 and my complaint no is 00831479.
            However apart from four SMS messages, nothing happened. Then on 30 August 2019 I visited the Jaquar office and service center in sector 17 Chandigarh. I met Mr Ravinder Singh Area service manager, customer care. He assured me that someone will visit my place by Sunday and fix the problem. Again no further response.
            Today morning ( Sept 2, 2019) I have called sector 17 office again. Mr Ravinder Singh did not answer his mobile phone, so I spoke to someone on the landline number.
            But nothing has happened.

            Kindly get it repaired without further delay. If it is not possible to repair, then please let me know.

              On 31st august, 2019, we had lodged a complaint regarding the broken tap in our residence at ganesh heritage, 408, bilaspur (C. G). The employee responding to the complaint named mukesh handi had not repaired the tap properly, resulting in the pipe of the tap bursting and water leaking from the pipe and causing a lot of water loss and destruction.
              When the employee, mukesh handi was called to rectify his mistake, he cut the call and refused to pick up again. A different plumber with no association with jaquar was called out of desperation and we had to pay a cost of 900 rupees due to mukesh handi's negligence.
              Please take urgent action against the employee mukesh handi for his negligence, his lack of skills towards the work and poor conduct towards the customer.

              Electric Geyser, cold water is not getting Hot. Temperature not being attended.
              Kitchen sinc mixer tap knob came out and so now not easy to use the tap.Also Hand Shower a covering with name of Jaquar is felling down always.The registered service call refernce number is 00838151

                There is a leakage in the sink pipe for more than 3 months which resulted in waste of water in huge quantity...
                We also find few other problems like breakage in handle of handshower and so we couldnt use it..
                And the holder of handshower is literally cracked and as the time passed, it doesnt hold the handshower...
                And there is also leakage in the connection fittings of wash bashing..

                  We have instaled a jaquar taps for our complete home due to its brand name. Recently we have an issue in the water half closing cold water tap which is continiously leaking. This issue starts immediately we switch on the tap and we off that. The leaking somtimes is very severe and difficlt to stop this is also causing complete waste of water. Please send authorised service provided for repair.

                  Commode was purchased in the year 2010 but now flush is not properly. water is flowing. please check the same.after flushing small amount of water is still flowing from the commode. also confirm if repair is free for 10 years or it is chargeable.

                          I tried calling tollfree number as faucet is leaking and no one is picking up the phone.

                          Having a warranty for 1 yrs but its just 3 months that the product is showing its faults and even the company ppl are least bothered to resolve it.

                          Company 's name is there but quality is not there still missing r else was not there only.

                          Thanks for reading our complaint just see the complaints don't save the company by helping us.

                            Complaint given on customer care of on 10 jul19 for one i flush not working. Person attended in 72 hrs. Said there was some problem with the i flush push button. Will come with replacement. Has not come till date despite repeated reminders to cust care. Spare push button doesn't take a month to for three hours. So i called local service centre. He said will send technician on 18 aug19. No one has come to attend even on 18 aug19 despite my sending reminder message and mobile calls repeatedly to service centre head on 18 aug19.
                            Thus one i flush remains off road (Presumably for spare part) for over a month. Actually nothing wrong in spare part. Technician did not know his job.
                            Second i flush remains unattended even after 15 days despite repeated reminders and two more complaints. Service centre did not bother even after reminders and escalation of matter twice.
                            Such callous attitude has been displayed even earlier by the local/ area service centre at lucknow. The staff at cust care is also untrained, incompetent, do not know how to talk on tele, take hours to attend or call supervisor etc. Overall piss poor service. All named above and especially local/ area service centre of lucknow need to be taken to task. They have caused untold misery and mental harassment to me.
                            Please take action on complaint of i flush as also intimidate action taken against defaulters. Meanwhile i am also addressing separate communication to the ceo/ me.

                                I have bought body jets and at every stage of the installation (After pipe connection, before plastering, before fitting jets) we have approached the jaquar person for inspection. At all stages the inspector confirms that the work done by the plumber is correct and only upon such a confirmation the tiles were layed. During the final step of installing the jets, the inspector says that there is a problem in the plumbing work and that the jets caps were not placed to the tile level and that the projected part of the caps were cut off (Which was told by the inspector to do so). All of this resulted in a big loss of removing the tiles again to fix the problem. We are not even able to find a spare parts shop that supplies only the jet caps. Jaquar is known for its quality and service and if this is the kind of service it provides resulting in buying the entire product again because of wrong guidance from the jaquar inspector, i recommend the buyers to go for other companies where the so called inspectors are well trained and not become a problem to the customer. Please correct the mistake done by you and help us find where we can get the jet caps. You are responsible for our loss.

                                    I purchased a commode model sls - wht - 6855s
                                    On 7/8/19. My plumber fixed yesterday. Today when i checked thoroughly base sitting, seat cover resting on commode. I found seat cover is dancing, not stable making sound etc. So it will be uncomfortable to use definitely. So this may be attended immediately to rectify by sending your service people.

                                      Myself mr. Paresh potdar stay at upper govind nagar, malad east,. Since our bathroom commode flush part (Open flush liver) was not working. So we did contact area authorized person mr. Mangesh from malad east.
                                      Five days back he just came to see and reply no need to change the part... And he joined the old one. After few minutes he left flush was not working... Since two days we are contacting him a lot but he has no courtesy to take our call

                                        I had complained about the leakage of tap through the dealer m/s. Inter dec vatakara. Kozhikode district on 19th july 2019 they in turn intimated customer service centre jaquar. Jaquar messaged me in 25th july about the visit of authorised service personal. On 29th july i contacted customer care. After several phone calls customer care diverted the call to their ernakulam office. From there onr mr. Sreedharan introduced as customer care official promised me that technician will call on you to-day or at least tomorrow and told me that it is due to acute staff shortage the delay was caused. But to my regret nobody called on me or attended the work till date i. E. Till 8th august.

                                        I have purchase your product jaguar Senitaryware... Water flow very slow
                                        Flush valve of bath room is leaking from push button as shown in video and photo. Due to leakage valve is getting rusted and leakage is increasing. This makes the bath room always wet and likely to met accident due to slippage. Same may please be rectified.

                                        I had purchased a 140 ltr geyser for my house which has 5 bathrooms so that it will be a single heating system. It was working fine till last 2 months. The Geyser is drawing more power to heat the water now. As soon as the geyser is connected to power the meter reading jumps and draws power continuously due to which the power bills are high.
