I purchased all bathroom fittinf including kitchen from swastik alam abgh lucknow in 2016. It might worth rs.156, 000/= for total fittings.
One of cistern was not working properly as such i called mr. Suraj verma, an authorised technician, of jaguar. His cell number is [protected].
He came about 15 days back and told me that syphon of the cistern is damaged. I told him to replace with jaguar company syphon. He told me that company has stopped making this model as such order has to be place which might take a month or so fro delivery of the required product. He then suggested me that he e is having a spare syphon of the same company which will cost rs.1280/=. I told him to replace the same and provide me proper receipt. He has neither provide me any receipt nor has returned damaged syphon.
He has taken away the money and the damaged syphon. I am calling him again and again to get me the receipt of the item but he is not reponding to my call.
I request jaguar management to take stern action against such defaulter technicians and retrench them from jaguar they are not assets rather they bi g liability on jaguar and bringing a bad name for the reputed company.

I have a problem regarding combode flusshing system and water also not comming properly on all taps i have complained many times but any of your man didnt came or responded plzz its humble request plz sort it out

    issue with availing warranty

    Our kitchen tab has started leaking and it was a new one which we bought in july 2019. Previous one also was from jaquar. Now the person who came to fix the product said that we need warranty certificate to fix this and without that they will not fix it.     This is reference to my complaint no 00068783 dated 14/05/2019. Our company had purchased a sensor automatic faucet for wash basin on dated 20/04/2019 and it never works from the day it was installed. Contacted so many times to your customer care and local chandigarh office representative mr. Varinder, mr. Ravinder and mr. Rajiv but no one is interested to sort out the problem. It should be either replaced or repaired. Please look into it otherwise there is no other option left to take this matter to the consumer court. Copy of bill is attached herewith.

    Concealed installed newly constructed bathroom are leakage always. There are some problem with them.

      One person by name mr. Mahesh alias prabhu has come and told that he would come within two days and complete the work. He further requested me to tell satisfactory code. He came on next day and did not complete the work up to satisfaction and took money 2500/- from my wife and told that he would come again with necessary equipment and do the work. But till date he has not turned out. Please take necessary action on him. He has been cheating the public and taking money. His phone no. Is [protected].

        We had a problem in one of our taps and some other accessories and we tried to contact the customer care but when we called them 5 times but unfortunately the customer care members were not able to here our voice 5 times and i don't think that this is possible every time when we call the customer care and especially during the working hours. We thought that jaguar is a great brand but unfortunately we'll have to say that ot has the worst service. The jaguar person came once to our house and after he had fixed the flush and tap its condition worsened so is it because you are doing this to earn money by cheating. I hope take care of it.

          It has been really very annoying experience for us regarding the flush tank of jaquar as it takes around 3-4 hours and sometimes more than 24 hours to refill after one flush. I have complained it to customer service and it was terrible experience with the response i got back. It has been getting into nerves when the customer care service acts this slow to the complaint. I am still struggling the same problem and have been waiting for the technician to show up and therefore wasting my vacation and struggling to go to loo!
          Guys please improve the service and respond back immediately 🙏

            I have purchased bibcock 5047 on 8/5/17 vide bill no. 57355 From Patel trading corporation, Kranti chowk, Aurangabad @ rs 1100/ per unit. I had a problem with abovesaid product so I had lodged complain having service call reference no. 00609684 on 13 July 2018. Mr Aamir attended call immediately. And he told me that this faulty piece will be replaced by new one. As soon as I will receive the piece from company I will come and replace it. I have called that person and taken follow up but he did not gave me positive response . So I have called to owner of shop from where I hv purchased Babcock . Owner gave me contact number of mr navinkumar (May be company’s officer) . Mr navinkumar also not given response to me. After that on 14 September I hv lodges another complain having ref no[protected]. Since last one year nobody from jaquar company is responding positively. This is last ref no. 00892668 of complain.                 Its been more than a year we are struggling wuth the jacuzzi. No proper response! And yet their is no presence of the customer care services.
                The whole system of bath tub needs to be checked and repaired. As we try to connect through calls they just talk about doing soon. But now that its high time. I went on writing the complaint in hope that the services come as soon as possible or within the next day!
                So disappointed with the jaquar services.

                  Leakage in concealed toilet cistern, water is draining out continuously.                     Dear Sir/ Ma'am
                    The handle of the faucet attached to the diverter came loose. The screw fell off and was lost. I called customer care number and filed a complaint on 21 August, 2019 and my complaint no is 00831479.
                    However apart from four SMS messages, nothing happened. Then on 30 August 2019 I visited the Jaquar office and service center in sector 17 Chandigarh. I met Mr Ravinder Singh Area service manager, customer care. He assured me that someone will visit my place by Sunday and fix the problem. Again no further response.
                    Today morning ( Sept 2, 2019) I have called sector 17 office again. Mr Ravinder Singh did not answer his mobile phone, so I spoke to someone on the landline number.
                    But nothing has happened.

                    Kindly get it repaired without further delay. If it is not possible to repair, then please let me know.

                      On 31st august, 2019, we had lodged a complaint regarding the broken tap in our residence at ganesh heritage, 408, bilaspur (C. G). The employee responding to the complaint named mukesh handi had not repaired the tap properly, resulting in the pipe of the tap bursting and water leaking from the pipe and causing a lot of water loss and destruction.
                      When the employee, mukesh handi was called to rectify his mistake, he cut the call and refused to pick up again. A different plumber with no association with jaquar was called out of desperation and we had to pay a cost of 900 rupees due to mukesh handi's negligence.
                      Please take urgent action against the employee mukesh handi for his negligence, his lack of skills towards the work and poor conduct towards the customer.

                        There is a leakage in the sink pipe for more than 3 months which resulted in waste of water in huge quantity...
                        We also find few other problems like breakage in handle of handshower and so we couldnt use it..
                        And the holder of handshower is literally cracked and as the time passed, it doesnt hold the handshower...
                        And there is also leakage in the connection fittings of wash bashing..

                          We have instaled a jaquar taps for our complete home due to its brand name. Recently we have an issue in the water half closing cold water tap which is continiously leaking. This issue starts immediately we switch on the tap and we off that. The leaking somtimes is very severe and difficlt to stop this is also causing complete waste of water. Please send authorised service provided for repair.

                                  I tried calling tollfree number as faucet is leaking and no one is picking up the phone.

                                  Having a warranty for 1 yrs but its just 3 months that the product is showing its faults and even the company ppl are least bothered to resolve it.

                                  Company 's name is there but quality is not there still missing r else was not there only.

                                    Complaint given on customer care of on 10 jul19 for one i flush not working. Person attended in 72 hrs. Said there was some problem with the i flush push button. Will come with replacement. Has not come till date despite repeated reminders to cust care. Spare push button doesn't take a month to for three hours. So i called local service centre. He said will send technician on 18 aug19. No one has come to attend even on 18 aug19 despite my sending reminder message and mobile calls repeatedly to service centre head on 18 aug19.
                                    Thus one i flush remains off road (Presumably for spare part) for over a month. Actually nothing wrong in spare part. Technician did not know his job.
                                    Second i flush remains unattended even after 15 days despite repeated reminders and two more complaints. Service centre did not bother even after reminders and escalation of matter twice.
                                    Such callous attitude has been displayed even earlier by the local/ area service centre at lucknow. The staff at cust care is also untrained, incompetent, do not know how to talk on tele, take hours to attend or call supervisor etc. Overall piss poor service. All named above and especially local/ area service centre of lucknow need to be taken to task. They have caused untold misery and mental harassment to me.

                                      Complaint given on customer care of on 10 jul19 for one i flush not working. Person attended in 72 hrs. Said there was some problem with the i flush push button. Will come with replacement. Has not come till date despite repeated reminders to cust care. Spare push button doesn't take a month to for three hours. So i called local service centre. He said will send technician on 18 aug19. No one has come to attend even on 18 aug19 despite my sending reminder message and mobile calls repeatedly to service centre head on 18 aug19.
                                      Thus one i flush remains off road (Presumably for spare part) for over a month. Actually nothing wrong in spare part. Technician did not know his job.
                                      Second i flush remains unattended even after 15 days despite repeated reminders and two more complaints. Service centre did not bother even after reminders and escalation of matter twice.
                                      Such callous attitude has been displayed even earlier by the local/ area service centre at lucknow. The staff at cust care is also untrained, incompetent, do not know how to talk on tele, take hours to attend or call supervisor etc. Overall piss poor service. All named above and especially local/ area service centre of lucknow need to be taken to task. They have caused untold misery and mental harassment to me.
