Jaquar — jaguar flush tank repair

My jaguar flush tank is not working since yesterday evening and today morning i called up the toll free customer care no and only after 3-4 calls and spending my 25 mets in the morning busy hours, they could take up my complaint and gave me the no as 00255571... That is not the problem... I was surprised to know that the servicing would be taken up within 72 hours of working hours which would account for 9 days easily (Excluding sunday) which is very unfair... Every time i use the toilet, i have to flush it with bucket or so.. I am a senior citizen with chronic slip disk and jaguar wants to add to the problem... Kindly help the customer by not allowing such big time which is made only in the company interst and not of customers like me... Thank you...
