[Resolved] Jaquar — Jaguar Tap

Hello,

I have installed Jaguar home appliances two years back. I have started facing issues with it.
1) Jaguar bathroom fitting tap's hot water side is not working. (from hot water side there is no water. Electric geyser is working fine. )
2) Jaguar washbasin tap's hot water side is not working. (from hot water side there is no water. Electric geyser is working fine. )
3) Jaguar bathroom fitting tab has been dispatched from it's original position.

I am hoping these issues to be resolved as soon as possible. We are facing problems in lack of hot water. I have attached photos of all three issues for your better convince.

I have bought jaquar wall hung 9s15 at 26/01/2017 in vhalekar Marble in Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra.But I got broken lid.I complained to shopkeeper but he is saying it is unavailable he is saying same thing whenever we asked.Please look in it.Hope for positive response.

I had purchased one half inch conceal stop cock, model Queens on 11th Dec.2016 from one of your dealer Sushil Sanitary mart, siliguri, WB. Unfortunately product found defects, it has found crack in the body, that is why whole wall got damped. please replace the same. I have belief and trust on this product.
