I have installed jaquar flush tank, 1 year before ...due to some technical fault in your tank the water get flushed on its own. And our Overhand tank of 10, 000 liters gets drained due to your flush tank
I have complained several times, but there is no proper response from last one month.
The flushing tank has warranty period of Ten years.
But still your technician is asking for amount of 3500 rs for changing the spare parts.
Now if the complain does not get resolved, i will file a petition in the Consumer Court and Paper it out.

Geyser is still under warranty period. Looks like the it is tripping each time I switch it on

    I have installed Jaguar home appliances two years back. I have started facing issues with it.

    I, Mrs.Rashmi Rajendra Kashelkar, had placed complaint for non working of HEALTH FAUCET on 5th Sept.2016.Since then he came thrice to our home, but did nothing.Only saying that he has placed order for replacement of Faucet, but company has not yet supplied.Ipersonally do not beleive this.since 5th sept.he had supplied same material to private stores but did not replaced or did not taken care of our complaint.
    He himself forcingly withdrew our complaint and said do not correspondance regarding Faucet complaint with the company.
    I am extremely unhappy with the behaviour of service provider and his personal interest with private shops not the regular customers.
    He does not have any shop/showroom for which he prepared bill on the name VAISHALI SERVICES, shop no.12, Benjamin Enclave, opp.S.T.Stand, Ratnagiri as athorised service center for JAQUAR FITTINGS.
    Even after 6 months complaint, he is not showing any interest in providing services to us rather he prefers services for private shops.
    Kindly look in to this matter urgently and take firm action against Mr.Shejwal, a fraud service provider for JAQUAR FITTINGS.

    I am Using Jaquar Bath Fittings, I have facing some problem in Diverter (Mixer)
    We bought a wall flush from Rai and Company Zero Road Allahabad .After few days it stop working.Sometimes water leaked and now the valve is not working.We complained many times but nobody look.Kindly look forward it.

      My flush has been leaking since last 1 week so i registered a complaint on your customer care center. After that service man visited my place and after inspecting it he said that there isno problem in this and he left from my place without doing anything.
      But i know that there is leakage as i hear the sound of water drops from flush at night.
      On saturday again i made a complaint regarding this and till now i have not received any call from you guys. I have been constantly following up with you guys since saturday but no response from your end.
      And now i was told that spare part i.e. Washer which needs to be changed is not available with the company dats why my complaint is on hold.
      Are these kind of services you people provide to your customers??
      I cant expect such unprofessional behaviour from a conpany like yours.

        Heavy water leakage since 3 days from the lavatory in our residence. Because of that there I still water leaking in the main pipeline. We had to close the valve of the pipeline. We aren't able to use the toilet. We ensure a fast service so that we can use our utilities and a lot of water is also not wasted.

          This is to inform you that i have been complaining for the services/ maintenance for fittings ( Taps) since last 3 months but i believe company is not taking complaints seriously or taking customers for granted. The sole role of the company is to sale their products & then forget or leave it on the customers to call again & again. There is no after sales service given to the customers. We had installed your fittings in 7 bathrooms ( 2 floors)in our house & facing problem every month since last 2 years.

          It has been observed that they are doing incomplete work.They come just for the replacement only or without parts or some other excuse but not for the maintenance /cleaning of the taps.
          Below are the complaint numbers for the cleaning / maintenance but no action has been taken till date :

          Our complaint booking no. 114597 dated 11/02/2017. so far not resolved telephone calls are not attended.the dealer informed us as & when they receive the instructions from either from company or from their branch office or from the technician they are ready to replace the product.

          PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER FOR RESOLVING AT THE EARLIEST.

            The knob has loosen up very much and every time it is falling down as the knob is quite heavy we are facing problem. I have also registered complaint . I also talked to this service person named jaydeb and his phone no is[protected]. It's been almost 1week that I am calling him for the service and wat he have to say is just BS excuses. I really fed up and I don't understand that why you guys keep such kind of persons, where the customer only is having problem and have to call 1000 times😡 We did a very big mistake by choosing jaquar.

              Dear Sir,
              This is to inform you that I have launched a service request to your end regarding leakage of my newly installed jaquar wall mixer sets for my newly constructed bathrooms reference no 121756 on 15th feb2017 at Sivasagar, Assam.
              As per companies guidance the service person should have visit within 72hrs. But I unable to get such service from your end. Few days earlier before calling to your customer care, as the seller in Guwahati (Sunil Sanitary, ATRoad, Guwahati ) provides me one no of your service person, I over telephone being touch with your company guy called Mr. Monuj Kakoti and he assured me sending some guy called Tapas Barik for the particular work. But that guy Tapas make me wait for the whole day telling me coming in an hr, afternoon, evening etc etc after my calls to him for three four times that particular day.
              But today someone called me regarding that work after expired of so called 72hrs, of which I have to manage by a local plumber spending extra money on it.
              Now sir, is this a way to provide after sell service to your customers by a renowned company like you? Isn't it their duty to inform at least once as a part of their service?
              Being a renowned company I simply don't understand how you people choose such unprofessional personals(getting paid by you) as a part of your service team.
              This is really shame and really make me think of future purchases of your products.
              In a competitive age, it's a shameful and awful experience, being touched with this kind of company.
              Finally if possible kindly take some visible and proper action regarding this kind of problems for a brighter future of your company.

                The flushing system of my concealed cistern is not working.I doubt the lever attached to the flush buttons is damaged.Further, for the last two months, there has been abnormal delay in refilling the cistern after every flushing.

                    This is with reference to Complaint Number 079419 made on 30 January 2017 at around 1:15 pm in the afternoon.
                    Since then nobody visited my place to inspect Whereas there was a TAT of 72 hours.
                    It is ESSCO 3in1 wall mixture bought on 28 January 2017. In the very next day water started leaking from it.
                    This is a sheer harassment that no one has come to settle it down yet and this is such a nasty and pathetic product buying experience.

                    I repeatedly asked the telecaller executives to deal the same with an urgent basis as the same fitting has been installed in my washroom and we are unable to use the same and my wife is in her advanced stage of pregnancy. I called everyday to remind for a service since I have booked the complain but with no result.

                    I want an immediate attention on the matter and A compensation on being harassed, giving such false commitments and getting penalised for buying such low grade product

                      I had complained of Rusting at the mouth of the Kitchen Faucet. The faucet is in use for barely 8 months when rusting started

                      The person refused to accept that it is a manufacturing defect. As per jaquar it is chemical action. How shocking to hear this
                      Service head of Pune refuses to talk to customers and literally tells customers to go to Hell

                        Have jaquar fittings in by house since 2014, however am disappointed to mention that the price paid for the premium products is not worth it.

                        In the year 2016 my geyser has stopped working 3 times dates :
                        [protected],[protected] &[protected].
                        However it has again stopped working, I believe that Jaquar does not have quality staff for fixing the issue and thus it is recurring.
                        Would not recommend Jaquar products to anyone with this kind of quality.

                        The same goes with the concealed flush tank which has been services thrice on[protected],[protected] &[protected].

                        It is a sad statue of affairs with Jaquar and will take the same to social media.

                        Purchased new mixture few days back but there is a problem with the shower while opening one tap water automatically starts coming out from shower... Water gets wasted all the time till the tap is closed and if tap closed then one cannot use the mixture it's so costly but not to the expectations
                        My flush tank is not working...Water is just not filling in the tank.

                            So called stainless steel hinges broke off after rusting. On calling jaquar was asked to pay 1200 rs for replacement. On asking why it rusted was told coz i'm using harpic!!! After a month replacement came but wrong size now i'm told waiting for stock. I'm regretting buying jaquar for my new home.                             The service technician came yesterday and installed the new hinges. It took a lot of time for the new hinges to be fixed properly. These hinges are too complicated as compared to the hinges on the single piece Jaquar WCs I have in my other 2 bathrooms. On the single piece WC there is no rusting at all as compared to the ones that rusted and eventually broke on my wall mounted WC.I would like to thank Mr Amit from Jaquar whose personal intervention resolved my matter. Thanks

                              Cheap quality jaquar products with no customer support

                              Expensive shower panel, full fittings worth 40k got corroded, bubbles formed, full rust around 2 months i am calling customer support head office every where atlast they removed and left with products to send to jaquar company for testing saying excuses warranty denied saying lame excuses.i have products of parryware, hindware, ark it the same building with no problems working perfectly alright for last 16 years and very good customer support.

                              jaquar people are not even ready to respond for my queries and they are shouting at us

                                I called the customer care and my complain was attnded within a day. but the serviceman was not interested to change the deffective valve as the company does not give any warranty on the replaced parts. it is very unfortunate that company like jaquar is misleading the people by showing that their product is covered under warranty for ten years. this is only a eye wash, they only replace the deffetive parts within one year of purchase. if the product become deffective after one year one has to pay for tha deffective parts and one should note that they will not give any warranry on that service or rreplacefd parts. such a policy regarding customer care would not provide any help to the consumer. i do not expect such a policy from jaquar. i will put this issue in public platform to inform people regarding the issue for reduction in harrasment of the consumer

                                    I am having all my bathroom and kitchen fittings for last over 15 years from your company. My complaints were attended in a reasonable time. I am having frequent trouble with my Non Return Valves which are fitted in the bathrooms. The last visit was made by Mr. Tulsi Ram who charged me Rs.300/= but could not do satisfactory job. As it became un serviceable after two days of repair, I spoke to him on telephone. He informed that my NRVs have become un serviceable and need to be replaced. He also intimated that NRVs are not available at Dehradun Centre. Hence I request you to kindly send atleast two NRVs to your Dehradun Centre so that my bathroom water supply could start functioning properly.

                                    I had posted the above complaint about two weeks back, however it appears that no action has been taken till date. You are requested to take an early action as I am having lot of difficulty in using my bathroom fittings. Kindly also let me know as to how long it will take to get the defect rectified.
                                    I purchased a kitchen mixture in nov.-2016 The same is leaking from the first day kindly get it repaired/replaced immediately

                                      I have purchased a couple closet wc - white with the jaq code - lys-wht-0309 from one of the dealers in panjim, goa on 08/11/11.

                                      On 12th of this month, the flush tank of this wc broke and needed immediate replacement. I called up the customer care on[protected] and placed a request for a replacement of the flush tank. They promised me that a technician would contact me at the earliest.

                                      As i did not get any call from anyone from jaquar even after 48 hours, i called up the customer care again yesterday and was promised that my complaint has been put on fast track. Till now - after 50 hours, i still have no iformation as to when someone would visit mu house.

                                      As you may be aware, jaquat mainly deals with bathroom fittings and material. Any defect, breakage is an emergency as is the case with me, unable to use my wc. Therefor the response time for attending should be as minimal as can be.

                                      I am not sure how long would it take to get my wc in working condition as the flush tank has to be procured and fixed.

                                      Better service and coordination is required from a company of your repute. People when they buy materials/ items from you - at a very high premium - do so because of the reputation and a belief that they would get the best of the service.

                                      To face such situation as this, is totally disgusting and deplorable.

                                      I hope that you take up this issue with the urgency it requires.
