This is to inform you that I have launched a service request to your end regarding leakage of my newly installed jaquar wall mixer sets for my newly constructed bathrooms reference no 121756 on 15th feb2017 at Sivasagar, Assam.
As per companies guidance the service person should have visit within 72hrs. But I unable to get such service from your end. Few days earlier before calling to your customer care, as the seller...

The flushing system of my concealed cistern is not working.I doubt the lever attached to the flush buttons is damaged.Further, for the last two months, there has been abnormal delay in refilling the cistern after every flushing.

Your representative may kindly be deputed to inspect and rectify the defects at the earliest.

Sir,
It is inform you that our Hand Shower (H/Faucet) with 1mtr long flexible tube & hook was purchase on dt. 4th February 2016 Bill Sl. No. 7087 from Binakar Supply Agency, Mangalabag, Cuttack-753001. But it is always leakage of water from shower switch bottom point since 3 to 4 months.

Therefore I request to you, that this type of problem may kindly be solve at your end and obliged.

This is with reference to Complaint Number 079419 made on 30 January 2017 at around 1:15 pm in the afternoon.
Since then nobody visited my place to inspect Whereas there was a TAT of 72 hours.
It is ESSCO 3in1 wall mixture bought on 28 January 2017. In the very next day water started leaking from it.
This is a sheer harassment that no one has come to settle it down yet and this is such a nasty and pathetic product buying...

Have jaquar fittings in by house since 2014, however am disappointed to mention that the price paid for the premium products is not worth it.

In the year 2016 my geyser has stopped working 3 times dates :

However it has again stopped working, I believe that Jaquar does not have quality staff for fixing the issue and thus it is recurring.
Would not recommend Jaquar products...

I have a purchased Gijjar for hot water by kushgra phoolbag gwalior but it is not proper working when i have started to gijjar now, gijjar is new i have no satisfy from gwalior dealer kushgra and jaguar product so pls my complain solve upto 28 jan'17 otherwise i have to support by High court

So called stainless steel hinges broke off after rusting. On calling jaquar was asked to pay 1200 rs for replacement. On asking why it rusted was told coz i'm using harpic!!! After a month replacement came but wrong size now i'm told waiting for stock. I'm regretting buying jaquar for my new home. Only problems and bad service

Cheap quality jaquar products with no customer support

Expensive shower panel, full fittings worth 40k got corroded, bubbles formed, full rust around 2 months i am calling customer support head office every where atlast they removed and left with products to send to jaquar company for testing saying excuses warranty denied saying lame excuses.i have products of parryware, hindware, ark it the same building with no problems...

I called the customer care and my complain was attnded within a day. but the serviceman was not interested to change the deffective valve as the company does not give any warranty on the replaced parts. it is very unfortunate that company like jaquar is misleading the people by showing that their product is covered under warranty for ten years. this is only a eye wash, they only replace the deffetive parts within one year of purchase. if...

I have purchased a couple closet wc - white with the jaq code - lys-wht-0309 from one of the dealers in panjim, goa on 08/11/11.

On 12th of this month, the flush tank of this wc broke and needed immediate replacement. I called up the customer care on[protected] and placed a request for a replacement of the flush tank. They promised me that a technician would contact me at the earliest.

I bought a jaguar toilet commode in 2014 and ever since I have been having problems.it has been two years now.the rep arrives takes photographs and disappears.

1.first the toilet seat keeps sliding off and despite some repair, this continues till date

2.there is a hair line crack in the toilet rim.

I have been complaining to the service toll free number repeatedly but there is no help or solution...

The high cost jaguar tap fittings are supposed to carry longer life. Unfortunately within 4 years from date of purchase/installation the spout of the tap mixer has been broken and it took 3 weeks for its replacement only at a cost of Rs 1250/- . I bought gyser on 03.07.2016 from your authorised agent Shruti Ceramics, Malad west Mumbai. Bought gyser is not working from last 10 days and despite of repeated reminder gyser is not repared. Yout auhorised agent says parts are not available and can not say how long we have to wait. Also the peraon who comes for repair is on leave and he no one knows whe he wll come back. Sir we bought gyser looking to the big brand name and such defected...

We have concealed cistern purchased around 2 years back, In every few months it needs attention. water continuously flows (leaks) or some times flush not works.
Also the diverter is not working properly (Shower leaks anytime) the technician does not able to make the problem solve permanently. the products are very good; but service side is worst of the company in Chhindwara.

I have purchased Jaquar pipes and fittings few years back. Health faucet handle broken few months back. So i have enquired about the warrenty in the shop from where i have purchased. As they they told i registerd the complaint on 8/10/2016 through the toll free number, the ref. no is 658206. after 10 days one person called me saying that he is from Jaquar services and asked the details of my complaint and he told he will be coming for rectification...

I got a faulty product and reached out to the Jaquar customer care. I have raised a complaint no.715481 on 3rd Nov. Technician came and took the defective part with promise of replacement/fixed. After almost 3 weeks, today technician called me and suggested to buy the part from market as it is not available with them otherwise suggested to wait for indefinite time.
