We purchased a jaguar concealed flush tank. It worked well for a day or two and then stopped working. The water tank didn't use to fill, it kept on leaking. We tried connecting to their customer support but each time we did the line was dead. Somehow we managed to connect with them and they sent us a technician. He was very nice and explained to us how we need a motor and how a motor will resolve these issues. Even after getting the motor, we were facing the same issue. Connected them again via a third party, technician paid a visit and told us there is some issue with the filter and we need a new one.
We got a new filter and then the flush worked well for a few minutes and it again started leaking. It keeps on leaking. The technician told me we need to buy a strainer.
This is really unacceptable, we just installed the flush two weeks back and it is not working properly. Now to make it work properly I need to spend money.
I would never recommend jaguar to someone.
