My newly purchased Jaquar hand shower developed leakage. The product has been purchased around 6 months back and under the warranty after sales service at present.
The complain has been booked on 30th October, 2017. The serviceman took away the leaked hand shower parts thereafter on visiting my house. Since then more than two weeks passed, nobody reported to fit the working hand shower. Local office at Kolkata says they depends on Delhi office for replacement and the defective hand shower will be replaced after they receive the replacement from Delhi office. Calling on Jaquar Customer Care toll free line to solve the issue becomes a a headache to me as Call Centre Escalation Executives are repeatedly forwarding the call to the Kolkata Jaquar office for no purpose and Kolkata Jaquar office repeats the excuses as indicated above.
Is it the policy of Jaquar to harass the customer like this and cover the warranty period without any after sales service? Was this information helpful? |
