I have given a complaint on jaquar sanitary fittings 6 months back and still following it. We are still under the warranty period. The problem is not yet resolved. The customer service is very pathetic. When we cal them they say the spare parts are out of stock. They respond in a lethargic way. We want the problem to be resolved at the earliest. Thanks.
