Dear Sir, I registered my complaint last month through this forum. I have reported about rusted and bubbled Jaquar fittings and taps. I have noted the Jaquar service team's response in this site. I have e-mailed my address and details of problem once again to their e-mail address. Till now they have not replaced the rusted jaquar taps & bubbled fittings. No response till now from Jaquar service team even after sending the address and mobile number through email to their email address. I reported in this forum twice in this six months but there is no proper answer or action from them. Kindly advice me how to proceed further against their poor service.
