I'm senthil, 07/07/2023 i purchased a water closet model,
JAQ-ECS-WHT-851S220SPPSM SINGLE PIECE WC WITH PPSOFT CLOSE SLIM
At lakshmi ceramics, thanjavur.
Invoice no :MHT2324CRD01412
After the installation, i found a leakage on the flushing tank while water is filled.
Then i found a U SHAPE big crack on the backside of the tank.
So I called the Jaguar customer care on 12.07.2023 (the installation was happened on[protected].
The registered complaint service call reference number is 00956850.
Based on the complaint, your service guy came on 15.07.2023 and he found the leakage and crack on the flushing tank.
But he couldn't make the video.because the flushing tank so close to the wall.so it is very narrow space behind.(photos attached).
He asked me to detach the toilet set up to take the video.the toilet set up is completely erected .So how can I remove it.
Need a plumber and i have to pay 1000 rs for that.and your approval has taken more time, what should i do?Or you have not approved the replacement, who pay the loss to me??
Your service guy found the problem and gave me the report for me (attached).
Is there any other proof needed for that??
If you want to make R&D to find out the root cause of the crack, pls do it
But as a customer, what should I do??
Understand the situation of mine.
The wc price is just 8000 only.already i spend more than 2500 rs for installation & delivery.again i need to do the same.
If one more time using the plumber for the re installation i need to pay more than 1000 again .Almost 5000 rs i need to spend .Is it worth for this wc ??
Kindly consider my request, and do the needful.
Pls approve for replacement with references of the service report and the photo image.
