Worst ever customer service experience. There was leakage in the cock so registered complaint on 27th march, person came on 28 th and instead of repairing the cock damaged it further and leakage increased. Also the person was not having any spares. Then called customer care again and then received call from the asm of that area who promised to ensure that everything will be done in a days time. The next day a new fellow came but was unable to open the cock as it was damaged by the previous person and then left in 5 minutes. Asm seems the most helpless person with no answers. Again called customer care today who connected on three party with asm who instead of being apologetic, told me that you should be patient and one day your problem will get solved. When and how he has no answer. This company sells a 100 rupee tap in 500 just in the name of premium brand. They should be boycotted.
