[Resolved]  Jaquar — leakage from bathroom fitting not fixed

The jaquar tap (Dual connection for hot and cold water) in my bathrooom was leaking. I called the customer care and raised a complaint for this. A person (From their outsourced function for sure) came and said that the threading is gone and he will get the part the next day. He didn't come the other day but i got a call from their end saying that the person is not able to open a part and that i need to arrange a plumber from my end.
I told the customer care that the tap is in warranty and local plumbers are not going to touch it. Also, the problem is in the tap itself and not the wall fitting so there is no reason why i need to get a local plumber.
A lot of back and forth happened with jaquar folks finally saying that if the authorized partner is not doing it, they will send someone from their own end. Now more than 2 months have passed and jaquar is sleeping on it thinking that customers will forget.

I received a call from their customer care but then nothing happened for a while. I also contacted them on Twitter and later, an area manager called me. Then other tech team visited to take a look at the issue and changed the required part.
Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Still nothing has happened. The first time the person came, he didn't even bring any tool. We gave him a screwdriver and he checked and told that the threading has gone and that he will bring it and change the next day. He didn't come but his colleague Kailash Mahto called saying that some part inside the tap is not opening and that I need to arrange for a plumber myself.
I told him that first of all the issue is with the tap so why should I get a plumber myself. Second, I had called the building plumber initially but after learning that it's a Jaquar tap, he said that he will not repair it and I should call you guys instead.
Now Kailash Mahto[protected] and Sagar Shinde[protected] are saying that I need to arrange for a plumber myself.
Now tell me what needs to be done in this case. If the issue is within the tap, why should I call anyone else? it is your responsibility.
