[Resolved] Jaquar — leakage - kitchen tap in 1 year | |||
Hi, We have purchased all bathroom and kitchen fittings 1.5 years (Jaquar) while buying it was communicated to us that life time warranty 10 years guarantee and all. Now we have faced issues in fittings when we lodged complain then service representative was fighting with us and asking for bill of fittings to provide any service which was frustrating, why bill is needed where they are claiming life time warranty 10 years guarantee. That was piece of paper which we lost in house shifting who will keep this for entire life.. Being well reputed company if you do not care your customer and want to cheat please tell clearly... Do not take point of not providing bill and all... I will not recommend for jaquar why we need to pay higher price if no customer staification and service... If jaquar team is really concerned about their brand image and customers then they should not treat their customer like this... Was this information helpful? | |||
