Concealed flush valve (single button ) stuckup so that water draining continuously request for repair.previously your engineer came and repaired but not found a permanent solution for want of spare ports

Newly purchased wash basin tap, 38005B (S/L, T/B B/M with extension body and 600 mm long braided hoses) is leaking internally.
Jaquar technician checked and told me that it should be replaced. I reported this on 18th August and has been following up. Service mamager promised me to get new piece in two days. But has not delivered so far.
