Jaquar — not hearing back after returning broken fitting 5 weeks | |
I am a hotelier in Jaisalmer and bought shower fittings from Jaquar which have a warranty on them. Since using one of the shower heads broke and after contacting Jaquar using Ref: 986505 on the 16/12/17 re broken shower head and was pickup by your representative about 5 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. Since emailing the company a week ago I have heard nothing from them. I sent the broken piece in good faith and have heard nothing. Was this information helpful? | |
