The overhead shower is leaking and I had raised a complaint (service call no.[protected]. The technician Kedarnath came and checked and just verbally said that the pressure is high. He gave the branch managers number (Kiran Kumar N) and we spoke saying that the pressure is normal. Kedarnath visited our house again on 9th March and checked the pressure. It was 2.5kg (normal pressure) and I have clicked photos of it. The branch manager is not answering the calls and our problem persists with no solution. Very disappointed with the attitude shown towards customers
