[Resolved] Jaquar — poor customer service | |||
I wanted to draw your attention about the issue i am facing with service provided by jaquar. I bought jaquar products trusting service (In case of any issue jaquar will provide in time service but i was proven wrong by your team (Customer help desk, service department) I have installed 2 new diverters of jaquar. There is a small problem with the handle of diverters and a small plastic clip should be changed. I enquired with a local plumber, he suggested that done by only jaquar service people. That clip will be available with them. Aug 25th 2017 : i registered a complaint with jaquar customer help desk by giving complete details of issue and address everything. (Complaint no:663949). After 4 days a service guyfrom jaquar called me confirm address, he told me that my area will not come under him, he will assign to concern local area service guy. Sept 1st 2017: i called jaquar customer care to check about the issue. They told they will follow up with concern area incharge, they opened a new complaint (Complaint no - 645515) by closing the last complaint (663949). After this i called jaquar couple of times and asked when are they going to resolve, they connected my call to hyderabad regional incharge. He assured me that it will be closed in next 48 hours, i gave him complete address up on his request. He told the full address was not mentioned in the complaint. Sept 11th 2017: i called again, to get email id of regional head or someone with to whom i can escalate the issue. But no use the customer care executive rejected by saying she could directly connect me to supervisor. I asked her whether my address is correctly updated in the complaint i raised and i gave her full address again and asked her to follow up with concern team otherwise i need to raise complaint to higher authority. She assured me of resolving the issue. In the evening yesterday, i got sms on my mobile saying "the issue has been resolved hence complaint has been closed".
